Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Currently, we deliver to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
How long does shipping take?
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $59. For orders under $59, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package anytime through our website or the carrier's tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@woofpick.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund.
Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to see real-time updates on your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us at support@woofpick.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while. What should I do?
International shipments may experience delays in tracking updates, especially during customs clearance. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
What if my package is lost?
If your package appears to be lost (no updates for 20+ business days), please reach out to us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.

How do I choose the right size for my pet?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your pet carefully and comparing to our size chart. When in doubt, size up for comfort. If you need help, send us your pet's measurements and we'll recommend the best fit!
What is the weight limit for your carriers and backpacks?
Weight limits vary by product. Most of our carriers support pets up to 15-20 lbs (7-9 kg). Please check the specific product description for exact weight limits. For larger breeds, we recommend our car seat solutions.
Are your products safe for my pet?
Absolutely. We carefully curate products that meet high safety standards. Our carriers feature secure closures, breathable mesh, and sturdy construction. All materials are pet-safe and non-toxic.
How do I clean and care for my products?
Most of our products can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Some items have removable, machine-washable liners. Please refer to the care instructions included with your product or on the product page.
How do I know if the WoofPick carrier is airline-approved?
Most of our soft-sided carriers are designed to meet major airline cabin requirements (typically 18"x11"x11" or smaller). However, airline policies vary, so we always recommend checking with your specific airline before travel. Each product page notes airline compatibility where applicable.
Will the car seat cover fit my SUV or truck?
Our car seat covers and pet car seats are designed with universal fit in mind, featuring adjustable straps and flexible dimensions. They fit most sedans, SUVs, and trucks. Check the product dimensions and your vehicle's seat measurements to ensure compatibility. Contact us if you're unsure—we're happy to help!

Is my payment information secure?

Do you charge sales tax?

Will I be charged customs or import duties?
