Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only. We're working on expanding to additional countries in the future.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or holidays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real time. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us at support@woofpick.com.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived and tracking shows no updates for 20 or more business days, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@woofpick.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before shipment. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Our Location

WoofPick is based in Wuhan, Hubei, China. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our international fulfillment center to customers in the United States.
