Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love every product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@woofpick.com with:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for the return
Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Please note that your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at support@woofpick.com. We'll guide you through the process and ship the replacement as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our standard return process.
